Our keepers are waiting to tell you and teach you all the curiosities about the life of the animals and their habitats. All activities with biologists are included in the entrance ticket: every day there are many meetings with our keepers, up to 20 in one day! Some that you can see are the African penguins' feeding, the Serengeti animals like giraffes, zebras, antelopes, ostriches and many more, the underwater hippos and more.
Zoom Torino is an EAZA members (European Associations of Zoos and Acquaria), the international association which aims to promote cooperation between member structures in favor of conservation projects for species at risk of extinction. EAZA is the most authoritative European Agency for the protection of animal species and environmental education.

- Parking: parking is not guarded and closes 30 minutes after the park. The cost is 3 euros and you can pay directly to the ticket office. For motorcycles, motor homes and disabled people parking is free.

- Pets cannot be introduced into the park - excluding guide dogs. Guide dogs cannot access the Madagascar habitat and the 'Anfiteatro di Petra'. For more information you can ask at the ticketing office
- For safety reasons it is forbidden to introduce glass objects into the park.
- Maximum 6 people per booking
- During the same day you can leave and return to the park by informing the staff at the entrance before leaving.
- At Zoom there is no ATM machine.
