Pick Up Information:

The operator will contact you and reconfirm your exact pick up time in advance

Please wait at your hotel lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure

Free pick up and drop off services are available in the following areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Denpasar, Ubud, Sanur, and Jimbaran

An additional surcharge of IDR400,000 per car will apply if your hotel is outside of stated service areas, to be paid in cash directly to the driver

The driver will wait up to 60 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for the pick up and cannot be reached, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given
