Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking

Itinerary

We will pick up at 02.00 am after midnight from your hotel and proceed down to Toya Bungkah village near Lake Batur. A short briefing by local experienced trekking guide. It takes 2 hours to climb until the top mountain. We walk around the rim of the volcanic cone to see the crater of the last eruption.

This volcano still active up to now and it has erupted since 1804,1814,1926 and the last was in 2000. Descending from the crater we will back down to the black lava which originally flowed down during the first and second eruption. While enjoying with an amazing sunrise from the top volcano we will prepare semi breakfast like egg, bread and tea or coffee. We will back down and see many monkeys and local farms like garlic farm, tomato, chili, and onion. Next, we will drive to the coffee plantation and then continue back to the hotel
