Start the day with private morning yoga class, which is suitable for all levels and includes a combinaton of hatha & flow yoga; breathing, mindfulness and traditional postures. The class ends with the "shavasana" or cooling down & deep relaxation

Stop At: Pesiraman Pura Dalem Pingit, Tegalalang Indonesia

After short break, we will help you dressed in sarong and sash (provided) ready for Purification ceremony. Drive for 10 minutes to an old small Balinese temple by the river at Sebatu village, called Dalem Pingit Temple. Walk down the steps passing lush rainforest to reach the stream with small waterfall. It is believed that the water can cure various diseases. The Guardian of the temple will accompany you to present the offering at the main temple before standing beneath the waterfall. Feel the sensation as the cold fresh water run over you as you take moment to contemplate or pray.

Stop At: Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple, Sebatu, Tegalalang 80511 Indonesia

Drive to the nearby Gunung Kawi Sebatu, a classical Balinese spring temple with carved woodwork covered in moss due to its higher elevation compared to Ubud. The large spring pool water is so clear that you can see the sandy bottom and read the markings on the carp.

Close the day with a session with Balinese shaman, where he or she will open your spiritual CHAKRA. Chakras are energy points along the central meridian of the body. In sanskrit it means "wheel" or "circle" and is generally used to reference specific energy center along the body. In total there are seven chakra points, although some system include one or two extra.
