Declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Kumbhalgarh Fort is an architectural marvel built in the western range of the Aravali hills. With the walls of the fort extending over 38 km, it is claimed to be the second-longest continuous wall after the Great Wall of China; the fort is among the largest fort complexes in the world, and the second largest fort in India after Chittor Fort.

Located at the top of the Kumbhalgarh Fort, Badal Mahal is the highest point on the Great Kumbhalgarh Wall. The name Badal Mahal means the "Palace of Clouds", and is a two-storeyed structure parted into two interconnected mahals called the Mardana Mahal and the Zanana Mahal.

Located right below the Kumbhalgarh Fort, is the Mammadev temple. The temple is known for its architecture and interiors. Built by Rana Kumbha in 1460, this temple boasts of intricate sculptures and is definitely one of the best places to visit in Kumbhalgarh.

Stop At: Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, Near Kumbhalgarh Fort, Kumbhalgarh India

Built in 1458, Neelkanth Mahadev is a magnificent temple located near the Kumbhalgarh fort. The temple is home to a six feet tall Shiva Linga, dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed that the king of the dynasty Rana Kumbha used to workship there.

Stop At: Vedi Temple, Near Hanuman Gate, Kumbhalgarh India

It is a temple of the Jain community and it is believed that it was built to perform sacred rituals. It stands atop 36 pillars forming an octagonal shape pattern. The double-storied temple is open to all and engulfs you into an envelope of positivity and goodness.

Located near the town of Kumbhalgarh, the wildlife sanctuary is made to protect the flora and fauna of the region. The sanctuary is home to a huge variety of wildlife which contributes a lot to the biology of the region.
