About this activity
Day1: Arrive in Udaipur
-Arrive in Udaipur.
-Start your tour with the Vintage Collection of Classic Cars Museum, which has a collection of some of the rarest classic and vintage cars.
-After that, visit the Lake Fatehsagar
-In the evening proceed towards the 18th-century Bagore Ki Haveli Museum to watch the cultural dance program.
Day2-Udaipur Local Sightseeing
-Spend the day at the gorgeous City Palace of Udaipur
-Inside the City Palace you will find the the Crystal Gallery, the single largest private collection of crystal in the world.
-Take the boat ride on the famous Pichola Lake, nestled at the foot of the Aravalli Hills.
-Enjoy Light and Sound Show in the evening
Day3 : Udaipur-Jodhpur
-Drive towards Jodhpur
-On the way visit the grand Kumbhalgarh Fort. This is the second longest wall in the world after the Great Wall of China, stretching for 36 kilometers.
-Post lunch, before arriving in Jodhpur, visit the Ranakpur Jain temple, which is dedicated to Tirthankara Rishabhanatha
-Arrive Jodhpur by evening and enjoy the lighted Mehrangarh Fort.
Day 4 : Jodhpur Local Sightseeing
-In the morning visit the grand 15th century Mehrangarh Fort, which spread across 5 KM.
-You can listen to the local musicians play inside the fort.
-After that visit the, Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum. This grand yellow sandstone palace spreads over 26 acres of gardens, making it one of the largest private residences in the world.
-You can have your lunch in the main market and take a stroll near Clock Tower or Ghanta Ghar or Clock Tower.
-It is just beside the main market or the Sadar Market, where you can buy souvenirs and local dress or jewellery.
-Last but not the least, you can visit to the Jaswant Thada, a milky-white marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, sitting above a small lake.
Day 5 :Jodhpur-Jaisalmer
After breakfast, proceed towards Jaisalmer.
On the way visit the Surya temple, located in Osian, which is dedicated to the Sun God.
If you are traveling between October to March, you can take a detour to the Khichan village which sees thousands of migratory birds flocking the area.
Reach Jaisalmer by night.
Stay in a tent amidst sand dunes.
Day6 :Jaisalmer Local Sightseeing
You have the next two days to explore a lot of things:
-Jaisalmer Fort: It is one of the largest fully preserved fortified cities in the world.
-Patwaon-Ki-Haveli: A beautiful work of art, which is actually a cluster a five havelis
-Gadsisar Sagar Lake: Watch out for the artistically carved Chattris, Temples, Shrines, and Ghats Bada Bagh surrounding the lake
-Kuldhara Abandoned Village: It is an abandoned heritage village near Jaisalmer, which has a very interesting history.
Day7 : Jaisalmer-Jodhpur
Depart Jodhpur.
