Gandan Monastery - Ulaanbaatar's main monastic center and home to the 26.5m tall Medicine Buddha Statue. Witness the morning prayers of the local monks and learn the history of Buddhism in Mongolia

Sukhbaatar Square - After, the monastery visit, drive for city center to visit the Sukhbaatar square which may be linked to two of the three XX century revolutions of Mongolia. The square is statue to famous Leaders and Generals of Mongolia.

National History Museum of Mongolia - Home to wide range of artifacts that cover the history of Mongolia since the Ancient times up to the modern day revolution of 1990. The most famous of the Museum's halls give introduction to Mongol Empire era and its people.

Luncheon - By the time one finishes touring of the museum, it is already a high time for lunch. Ulaanbaatar city offers a flexibility towards both traditional and modern day restaurants. The favorite choices for the first timers in Mongolia is the Mongolian Barbecue lunch.

Zaisan memorial hill - After lunch comes the trip to the Southern section of the city where the most expensive apartments and shops are located. The first stop will be the Zaisan memorial hill dedicated to the fallen of the WW2. which offers a panoramic view of the whole city.

Bogd Khan Winter Palace - Winter residence of the last aristocratic ruler of Mongolia. The Winter Palace was also known as the Green Palace. Green Palace is home to the Winter Mansion and Summertime praying chambers of the Bogd Khan. As the other palaces of Bogd Khan are no longer accessible, only the Winter Palace has full display of items related to the Khan and his reign.
