The taste of music - Italian cooking course with Rossini
On this five day course you will experience the language, music, food, wine and culture of Italy. The 10 hour Italian language course will take place in the mornings and is an occasion to learn, improve and perfect your knowledge of Italian language and culture, and at the same time discover the secrets of the renowned Italian cuisine. The cooking lab-course in the afternoons is designed and implemented by Maestro and chef Raffaele De Feo, goes over the main events of the life and operas of Gioachino Rossini, starting from his places of origin and training (the Province of Pesaro and Urbino). During the lab-course the structure of his refined menus will be reviewed and such menus will be prepared in a 'philological' manner, accompanied with great wines and background music of the Operas of the Composer.
