Well outfitted trekking company. Local guides are amazing, growing up in these parks they know every step of the terrain. This trek takes you across all terrains that the area has to offer and views up top are incredible.
The walk was pretty good. Up to Emerald lake is a nice walk through marshland and forest. After a small break at the lake it's all uphill over rocks and scree. Pretty steep. Once you get up the top it's quite beautiful! The climb back down is not the easiest stroll you'll ever do. Note this is coming from a sort of fit 51yo male and somewhat less fit 55yo female.
