Pass By: Ushuaia - El fin del Mundo, Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego Province, Argentina

We will start the tour with the pick up from your centrally located hotel. We will board a confortable mini-van and head to the Tierra del Fuego National Park, located only 30 minutes from the city centre.

Stop At: Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego, Avenida Gral San Martin 1395, Ushuaia V9410BGA Argentina

Once we arrive to the national park, the guide will choose the route—either the Pampa Alta or Senda Costera—depending on conditions and interests of the group. Pampa Alta, a 3-mile (5-km) trail that lasts approximately two hours, offers gorgeous vistas as well as bird watching. Senda Costera (Coastal Path) is a popular 4-mile (8-km) trail that takes you along the coast for about three hours. As you follow your guide, you’ll learn about the geography of the area as well as the nature and wildlife found in Tierra del Fuego National Park. Note the diverse flora and fauna, such as Antarctic beech, and perhaps find traces of ancient Yámanas settlements.

Duration: 6 hours

Stop At: Lago Roca, Tierra del Fuego National Park Argentina

Reaching the banks of Lago Roca (Roca Lake), enjoy a complimentary lunch in the forest setting. Dine on chicken breast en papillote (baked in foil) with tomato and cheese, accompanied by mineral water, wine and soft drinks.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Bahia Lapataia, Ushuaia Argentina

After lunch, your guide will prepare your small group for the 1.5-hour canoe ride down the Lapataia River, which brings you to Lapataia Bay and the Beagle Channel. The remote bay, nestled amid snow-capped mountains, is a great place for spotting waterfowl such as ducks, geese and plovers that inhabit this region at the ‘end of the world’!

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Canal Beagle, Ushuaia 9410 Argentina

The adventure tour culminates here, at the Panamerican Highway end, where you’ll hop aboard the minivan for the return trip to Ushuaia with drop-off at your hotel.

Duration: 30 minutes

The guides were outstanding: friendly, really informative but not intrusive, and they stopped frequently and encouraged us to experience the amazing place we were visiting. The trip was well laid out and stunningly beautiful. Getting out on the water provided a wonderfully different perspective. Well done.

An excellent trip with amazing guides Fecundo and Miguel. As we were the only 2 in the group we did a shorter canoe trip. The coastal walk was very enjoyable. Altogether a great tour and would highly recommend

The tour was well organized. However, organizing this through Viator is more expensive. You can potentially save about 50 per person if you organize this tour locally. We didn't know until we got to Ushuaia to find out that there are a lot of local tour operators that offer semilar tours.

Awesome guides and awesome tour. It was a lot of fun. Make sure you bring your best because the canoe portion can be challenging if there are strong headwinds!

Alex was a great tour guide-he does it all-very informative about area, fauna, etc. Additionally, he and driver cook, clean, assist and are very friendly. Picked us up at our apartment on time, drove to National Park explaining as we went along. First stop was canoe, which were actually rubber rafts--there is a guide in one and then they put the rest of us in others-a great and beautiful experience. We got lucky as the rain stopped and sun came out. After canoe experience, go to an eco-dome for wine, appetizers and a very good grilled chicken lunch. Then off to the hike! Is about 5 hours and takes about 3 hours. Stopping along the way for photos, etc. However, not leisurely. We did the Costera he trail is moderate-lots of ups and downs and twists- a little more strenuous at times than we thought. Others discussed as well-but all so worth it! Beautiful thru the forest and along the coast. Wonderful experience!

This was great, everything I expected. The canoe was actually a narrow rubber raft with people sitting next to each other and paddling n each side. There were 7 per raft with a guide in the back steering. The river/lake was quite calm, easy to paddle, nothing difficult. The hike was along the water and in the trees. The variety of trees and the guides explanation of the flora and fauna was very good.
