Motorcycle Tours

1 Day.

The day starts with you, arriving at our Uyuni office at 9.30 a.m. After a briefing we will kit you out with all your riding gear and get you comfortable with your bike.

The Train Cemetery is our first destination, just 3km out of town. Full of old steam trains, this makes a good photo spot.

Afther we start the off road Dakar route , going along the sunds and small dunes, crossing some dry rivers and lagoons.

The first and small town called Colchani . Famous for mining and processing Salt. Here we can buy artifacts in salt, if you wish.

Continue the ride we going to the most larger Salt desert in the world.

 

We are crossing along to Thunupa Volcano. Arriving to Coqueza Village.

Over night ( Salt basic hostal)

2 Day.

After Breakfast we will climb up the volcano on the motorbike. Arriving to the mummis and the lookout of the Salt Flat.

Continue to Chantani and Tawa villague off road.

We go in to the salt flat visiting a Salt mine, Piramide Island ( A place to Star Wars did the film).

 After some more photos we cross the Salar riding to the Cactus island in the center, called Incahuasi.

 A great spot to take lunch, quinoa soup and the best llama steak.

Then a tour of this volcanic island before heading back across the Salar. On the way back we will stop and takes some silly photos.(Perspective Pictures)

Before the end of the salt flat, we will stop at the Playa Blanca Museum (Dakar Monument)

We arrive back the office about 5 p.m. giving you plenty of time to catch your evening bus or plane.
