About this activity
11:30 Am We will Pick you at Valencia city center with our translation guide - English- Spanish o French - Spanish.
Heading to Bon-Aire Restaurant at EL PALMAR - in the Albufera!
After a welcome drinks and appetizers, you will head to the Kitchen with the Head Chef Raul Magraner.
At 12:00 You will start to make a Paella Valenciana - If you want to make Seafood Paella o other - please contact us before you place en order.
You will do it all by yourself - the Head chef will be there to guide you and help you, but you are the one that will make the paella. WOW!
After the Paella Cooking Class you will have a 3 course lunch, 2 entres , The Paella Valenciana That you made! with a glass of Wine/ beer o juice. Water will be served during the whole time.1 dessert, coffee o tea.
At the end you will get a Diploma issued by Chef Raul Magraner, with the recipe of the Best Paella Valenciana in the World for 2018-2019.
Before we leave and go back to Valencia, we want to take you to a typical boat ride in the Albufera Lagoon, The biggest Lagoon in Spain. where you can see all the wild life, birds and nature and even the city of Arts and Science! A Beautiful ending to an amazing day.
At 16:00 we will bring you back to the city center where it's all began!
