About this activity

Would you like to learn how to cook authentic Valencian paella? First we will buy the best natural products in the Central Market, while we walk through the downtown Valencia streets. Then, you'll go to the kitchen, where you'll prepare the paella yourself. Don’t worry, the paella master will teach you step by step how to cook it. He will also explain you the history of its creation and many other interesting details.
While, we offer a Valencian wine or a homemade Valencian beer tasting accompanied by Valencian tomato and Spanish omelette. Then, you'll taste your paella with your group and to finish each one will receive a Diploma "Expert Paella’s Chef".
This tour also includes a Panoramic City Tour by Bus with audio guide in 10 languages. You'll discover the entire city with 2 routes option: Historical Valencia and Valencia Maritime, both 90-minutes. You can drop on and drop off at any stop, as often as you want.

Duration: - School of Paellas: 5 hours (Central Market visit included) / 4 hours (Central Market visit not included). - City Tour by Bus: 90 minutes each route.
Languages: - School of Paellas: Spanish and English. - City Tour by Bus: audio guide in 10 languages.
Both activities should be done the same day.
The nearest bus-stop to the School of Paellas is at Plaza de la Reina (last Sunday of each month this bus-stop moves to Conde de Trenor, 2 Street).
You can take the Bus after or before the Paella Course, at any time and any bus stops, over 24 hours. Frequency: every 30 minutes (autumn and winter) and 20 minutes (spring and summer).
From March, 13 to March, 19: the Bus alter its both routes by Fallas celebration (consult).
