Visit with your guide the Valencia Central Market. It’s the largest center dedicated to the specialty of fresh products in Europe. Its spectacular modernist building is a treasure-trove of a great variety of fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh fish and seafood from the Mediterranean.

Stop At: Barrio del Carmen, Valencia, Province of Valencia, Valencian Country

The guided tour continues through El Carmen neighborhood. There will be many stops to delight in local products tastings. Late morning you’ll enjoy a two excellent Valencian wine tasting.

Stop At: Escuela de Arroces y Paella Valenciana, Valencia, Province of Valencia, Valencian Country

At evening, meet at the School of Paellas where you’ll learn how to prepare an authentic Valencian paella yourself. . As you cook your paella, you’ll savor an aperitif with typical Tapas and Valencian wine or craft beer. Then, enjoy your paella that will be accompanied by typical starters, beverages, dessert, liqueur and coffee. After dinner you'll receive an "Expert Paella’s Chef" Diploma.
