Carolina was a knowledgeable, personable tour guide who made us feel like a friend was showing us around the city. The company helped us find the best start time for our group and Carolina answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!
Cello was an excellent guide and we really enjoyed her tour. The gothic quarter made for a really nice walk and Cello guided us expertly. One administrative glitch. A representative of the company reached out to us a few days before the tour date to let us know there was a double booking for the time and date we had reserved several weeks in advance and would we mind combining into a small group with the other party of 2 (no offer for a reduced rate for a small group versus a private tour). We replied our preference was to not combine the groups and we could go later in the day. We received a response letting us know that our tour time would remain the same. When we arrived, we learned a transit issue was delaying our guide half an hour but if we didn't want to wait we could join the other couple. We did. They were very nice people who were willing to re-visit a site they had already visited earlier in the day to accommodate us. It all worked out fine but it also felt oddly coincidental.

Sonia were our guide. We were running late, and she kindly waited for us for around 15 mins. The city itself was stunning with lots of beautiful architecture and history. Sonia, being a local, shared so many interesting information about the city and the buildings. Her English is very good. She also has a portfolio of photos/drawings which helped to explain the city and its history. It’s a walking tour so you need to be prepared to walk for 2-3 hours. We saw so much during the tour and went back to some of the locations to get more in-depth appreciation of the buildings. Thank you, Sonia!
