The transportation to and from the boat had us jammed into a small van with very little room. Some of the crew was helpful on the boat, but most them acted like they didn't want to be there. The extra cost excursion to the caves was a waste. Lunch was a decent cold plate, but you had to stand in a long line to even get water. Since it was unlimited, why not make it self serve, which is what the wine was. It is a long boat ride to get to the lagoon, which is of course extremely crowded and unlike other boats, we couldn't enter the water directly. And we had mixed tours on board, which made for even more confusion. All in all, I cannot recommend this tour.

Everything was great. The driver was a little late picking up the people who were waiting and pickup was not exactly where it was supposed to be In front of the Phoenician Hotel...fortunately somebody saw a bus at the end of the street and went to find out if it was the right one...It was. getting on the boat was kind of chaotic. Then the trip ended up being around the whole island and ended up at Comino. The atmosphere was party like and everybody from the crew to the clientele was great. The drinks were plentiful, the food was filling and the time spent at the Blue Lagoon was also more than enough for exploring and snorkeling. I highly recommend it, but encourage anyone taking this tour to be patient, kick back and enjoy the chaos. Met some fine people on the boat too.

The day started with everything being very delayed. The bus was 30 min late to pick us up, it used 1 hour to get from St. Julians to Sliema. Since we had booked the ticket through tripadviser I had better expectation than a really overbooked boat run by captain morgan. The boat was so full of people, and there was nowhere to sit down. It was a total ripoff! The queue to get water and drinks was never-ending. Lunch was served after arriving to comino of course, since everybody had to get off the horrible boat, so we just bought some food in comino instead. I will not recommend this trip at all! I'd rather pay 100 euros to be on a smaller boat and have a better experience. The whole day was ruined.

This tour was a disgrace, noisy pile of junk for a boat and ran by Captain Morgan cruises, the one operator I was trying to avoid by booking through viator and trip advisor, I'm shocked you would put your name to such a terrible tour. My experience included an hour picking up passengers on the bus just to end up where we started, a detour from our cruise to drop people off then pick up from Gozo, nowhere does it state this in the itinerary, there is a Gozo and Comino tour advertised separately, if I'd wanted that I would have booked it. The engine of the boat made so much noise that we couldn't hear anything being said on the tanoid, the free drinks were nasty wine and beer, all teas and coffees had to be paid for. Lunch was served buffet style and it was a couple of slices of cold meat, pasta and salad with an orange. after the boat had docked, there was no opportunity to use the boats facilities as we had to walk up steps in the cliff side and walk a good 15 minutes into the bay which is advertised on the photo and where the sunshades are, it was the most disgusting display of exploitation I have ever witnessed, after paying an extortionate price for deck chairs and umbrella we fought our way through the ice cream sellers and other kiosks thinking to have a quiet sit and admire the view, totally impossible because of the many boat sellers with megaphones and placards advertising even more trips, obscured our view. Do not use this company, there are better trips with boats that have sun decks and ladders to climb into the water that moor nearer the bay without the need for the rocky walk or witnessing the shambles on the bay. After 2 hours in the blue lagoon we were back on our way to Gozo to pick up the passengers who had docked there. When we reached Buggiba bay we got off and walked to our hotel rather than endure an hour on the bus again. A total shambles a rip off and certainly not a full day tour of Comino and the Blue Lagoon. Avoid at all costs and use another company, we weren't told this was captain Morgan until we got there.
