Tour of the island of Gozo from Malta

You'll begin your tour with a short twenty-minute ferry crossing to Mgarr harbor, which will immediately give you the feel of Gozo’s unique atmosphere. You'll be lead you around the Megalithic temples of Ggantija – the oldest free-standing monuments in the world, pre-dating the Pyramids of Egypt – followed by the medieval citadel in Victoria, the fjord-like bay at Xlendi and Dwejra. Gozo is known for its crafts, specifically handmade lace and knitted garments, which you'll get to see all around town. In the course of your visit, you'll also get to admire the island’s lush countryside and enjoy its serene ambiance, very different from Malta's dynamic and exuberant mood.
