Day 1: Vancouver to Victoria
Stop At: Vancouver Downtown, Vancouver, British Columbia Canada
This Vancouver to Victoria Overnight Tour Including Butchart Gardens will give you a comprehensive overview of one of Canada’s most beautiful cities.
You will be picked you up from your downtown Vancouver hotel by shuttle and taken to the ferry terminal at Tsawwassen where you board a BC Ferry bound for Victoria. As you cruise through the Gulf Islands, keep your eyes open; a variety of whales are known to inhabit these waters, turning your ferry ride into a whale watching excursion! Even without a whale sighting, the scenery throughout the Inside Passage is beautiful.
Once in Victoria, you are whisked off to the spectacular Butchart Gardens where 55 acres of pristine gardens allows the visitor to stroll the globe without leaving the premises: amble from the Japanese Garden to the Italian Garden and linger for a while in the lush and colorful Mediterranean Garden. After admiring the flora and foliage, your coach takes you on a brief tour of the city. By 3:30pm, you’ll have been dropped off at the Inn at Laurel Point with views of the Inner Harbour, with the next 24 hours at your disposal. You can then bake the short walk to downtown Victoria to see the sights.

Day 2: Victoria at leisure & Return to Vancouver
Stop At: Inner Harbour, Victoria, British Columbia Canada
Day two is independently guided. You’ll have the whole day to enjoy whatever activities you please. Get out and explore the capital city’s many shops, museums and restaurants, and make sure to see famous parliamentary sights, Beacon Hill Park and the Inner Harbor. At 5pm, a bus will provide transfer service from your hotel to the float plane terminal for your scenic flight back to Vancouver.
Your 2-day tour finishes with a drop-off at your hotel in central Vancouver in the evening.

- Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
- The Lobby of the Inn at Laurel Point will be under renovation from October 2018 - Fall 2019. The renovation will not directly impact guests as construction will take place during the day. The hotel entrance is located at the top of the driveway and is clearly marked.
- Aura restaurant remains closed until approximately early October and during the closure we have a temporary restaurant location and In Room Dining offering breakfast, dinner and Happy Hour.
- Pricing is based on Single/Double occupancy only. If 2 rooms are required, please book this option twice (2 Singles or 2 Doubles).
- At the time of booking, please supply gender of all travelers. The flight option of this package requires this information

Enjoyable 2 day tour. Most of the people on the your opted for a day trip and I was the only one staying overnight. The float plane return was really good. Tour guide on the first day was really good. I was on my own the second day.
This trip was wonderful! The tour guides were friendly, informative and on time. Everything went smoothly and as advertised, just as in past Viator tours we've taken. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful and the city was easily accessible by walking. We could have stayed at the Empress but chose the Inn at Laurel Point and were very happy with the choice. We would highly recommend it.
The guide was very informed and communicated well. Arrangements were good. We had opted to stay back for one night at victoria and they booked us a great hotel. Also booked for us return by Float plane. Great experience..
excellent trip, well coordinated wish I had more time there
This was a great tour, starting with afriendly, informative tour guide, Mike. He guided us from the ferry to Buchart Gardens in the sunshine, and dropped us at our comfortable hotel. We had time during the next day to look round Victoria and themagnificent BC Museum before an unforgettable float plane ride back to Vancouver. Everything had gone smoothly until then, but we were then met by the shuttle who refused to take us back to our hotel, and rather than be abandoned in an underground carpark, we had to agree to be dropped at the taxi rank. What a pity tnat the final stage should be so disappointing.
