Itinerary

When you visit Vancouver, you want to try Yoga and drink a healthy energized drink because it is definitely part of the local culture. As a Yoga teacher, my mantras are: 'if you can breathe, you can do yoga' and 'meet your body where it is now' so we'll start with a gentle friendly practice in the park. After that, we'll walk on the sand of Kitsilano beach and get a healthy smoothie - or other snacks - and we'll finish at Greens where you can get some healthy foods to take back home. You'll feel great in your body, calm in your mind and happy in your heart.
