Begin the tour with breathtaking views and scenic stops along the thrilling Sea to Sky Highway. First stop: Shannon Falls where you can feel the mist as you walk along the viewing deck taking in the beauty of British Columbia's third largest waterfall at 335 metres (1,099 feet). Enjoy a short walk to the base for some great photos of the beauty of the cascading falls.
Next, visit the Sea to Sky Gondola. Ride up to the summit and witness stunning views of Howe Sound, the majestic coastal forest, and surrounding mountains. The ride up and down is a thrilling adventure for all ages which provide beautiful views of Shannon Falls and the famous Squamish Chief climbing area. Once at the top, many other adventures await. You will have access to a wide array of outdoor experiences including two different interpretive loop walking trails with cantilevered viewing platforms, the spectacular Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge, numerous hiking trails, rock climbing, and access trails to backcountry routes.
Then, visit the Britannia Mine Museum where you will learn about the amazing history of the once-largest producer of copper in the British Empire.
