This tour was fantastic, and Amanda, our guide, was great! I would definitely tell you that you have to be in good condition to do this tour. You need to be a bike rider and be able to stay up with a group. If you can't do that, you shouldn't choose this tour. If you can, sign up! It was great!

Our Guide Kate was excellent. Her knowledge of the history of Stanley park was very very good. It wasn't a hard ride either.
