Private Varanasi Boat Cruise ride from Chunar to Varanasi with Aarti

Around 6:00 AM in the morning, our driver will pick you up from the Varanasi hotel through an air-conditioned vehicle and take you to the Chunar fort tour. We will take you to have a breakfast in the restaurant placed near fort entrance gate. After having a mouth-watering breakfast, you will move forward to visit the gargantuan Chunar Fort.

 This lofty fort was built by King Vikramaditya in 56 BC and later it was ruled by around dozen of rulers till 1781 under the rule of Warren Hastings.

 Chunar Fort is situated on a bank of the divine river Ganga at an altitude of around 80 feet from the ground to 175 feet and spread over in a vast area of 34000 sq ft. Chunar Fort is one of the popular tourist attractions due to its history, natural beauty, religious aspects, and handicrafts.

 Few major attractions of the fort are Bharthari Samadhi, Sonwa Mandap comprises 28 pillars shows the Hindu style of architecture and a water storage tank, Bawan Khambo Ki Chhatri an open pavilion of 52 pillars, each pillar remark the victory of their king, and the Residence of Warren Hastings, this residence is now converted into a museum (But the museum is not the part of this tour as it opens at around 10:00 am)

 After exploring the fort, our experienced local tour guide will hop-on you to the boat for a long boat ride from Chunar to Varanasi. This elevated roof boat is well decorated with flowers and garlands with cushioned roof made for your comfort and relax long boat ride.

 During this boat ride, you will come across the various interesting and mesmerizing glances of villages of India. You can see the real village life like cattle and agricultural farms, tranquility, green forests, villagers doing pottery work, etc.

 You can also enjoy a sunbath while lay down on the cushioned roof of the boat and enjoy reading a book of your favourite writer. We will also serve you lunch, evening tea & snacks in the boat itself.

 Once you enter into the urban area of the Varanasi, you can watch various ghats including Manikarnika Ghat popularly known as the burning ghat or a cremation ghat. Later, you can experience the flamboyant evening Aarti held at the Dashashwamedh Ghat
