Listed as one of the most important institutions in Venice, the Casa Museo Querini Stampalia has been open to the public since 1869. You will have the chance to visit the Library, Museum and an area for temporary exhibitions.

After the numerous restoration works carried out in the last century by great architects such as Carlo Scarpa, Valeriano Pastor and Mario Botta, who have managed to enrich the spaces of the ancient sixteenth century palazzo, Querini Stampalia in Venice started to house events, concerts and exhibitions. Moreover, thanks to private donations, the Museum collections can now boast also works of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and works by young contemporary artists called to 'dialogue' with the palace itself.

  • The ticket is for 1 entry only to the museum: once you leave the building it will no longer be possible to enter again. You are kindly requested to keep the entry ticket until the end of the visit, as staff is authorized to ask you to show it to them.
  • The date entered at the time of booking is just a guideline: the ticket is open date and you can use it on a date different from the one indicated at the time of booking. Hours of operation are 10 AM–6 PM Tue to Sun, closed on Mon. Ticket Office closes 30 minutes before the closure of the Museum.
  • The ticket includes the skip-the-line service only in case of high turnout with consequent long queues at the ticket office.
  • When collecting your ticket, you may be asked for the document, or the card, which certifies your right to the concession or free entry.
  • The building is completely accessible to people with disabilities (except the area restored by Carlo Scarpa) and has three norm-compliant lifts and two toilets with facilities for people with disabilities.
  • Free luggage storage: large-size bags, backpacks, umbrellas and any other objects that, in the opinion of the security staff, cannot be allowed in the exhibition, must be left in the spaces provided.
  • The voucher that you will receive at the end of the online booking must be presented at the ticket office of the Casa Museum Querini Stampalia, both in paper and electronic format on mobile devices, so that it can be converted into the admission ticket.
