At 11.00 h meeting at Venezia San Marco, pier 2B, Riva degli Schiavoni, and at 11.10 departure with our panoramic terrace boat (with toilet), guide service in english, german and italian. First stop on Murano where a glass factory will be visited; leisure time (together 1h). Afterwards departure to Burano, worldwide famous islad for its colourful houses and handmade laces (free entrance to lace gallery), stay on the island for about 1h 30 min.

There was no guide to meet us at the dock. We had to ask someone and by chance got on the boat that left from a different dock than stated. The tour was good at Murano. I had to ask to be taken to the lace factory bc there were many people on our tour that didn’t care to go to it. We didn’t get a private guided tour or an app as stated.
