We met the Guide at the Post office near St Mark's Square. The local guide was very young approx. 18years old. The group was fairly senior and there was a disabled person too. The guide did not cater for the our age group or for the disabled person. This needs to be seen as an individual rather than a group excursion. The sights and delights was not taken in due to feeling too tired from the guide over walking the group up the steps and no resting

Thanks to our superb tour guide, Andrea, this was the best tour of our trip. He was knowledgeable, interesting, and passionate about all things Venice. He made our two hours totally memorable, and I would go again just to learn more about these two stunning historic buildings. Highly recommend!

The guide was enthusiastic and funny! It was a bit late in starting however it was a good tour especially on a rainy day when it started. Doge’s Palace was the best part of the tour. Keep your ticket as this gets you in other museums in Venice. Recommend skip the line as we had no issues.

This tour was a gift for a special friend on her honeymoon. We had taken this tour back in August and decided to purchase it for our friend. It is very well researched and we enjoyed candid conversations with the guide, who was very knowledgeable and proud about the history of the Venetian people.

Great tour of both the Palace and St Mark’s. Both are very ornate and should not be missed. The guide was extremely knowledgeable.

It was wonderful to be able to by pass the long queue of waiting tourists to enter both the Palace and the Bascilica. Worth the tour cost. The guide was very knowledgeable and the tour through the Palace was very comprehensive. The walk through the bridge of sighs and into the cell area was a highlight. Great photo opportunity from inside the bridge looking out! I felt that the time spent in the Bascilica was short and seemed to be just tagged on at the end of palace tour. The tour company would benefit from better organisation in the meeting area as hundreds of people were waiting for groups to be organised and listening equipment to be handed out. Much confusion. We seemed to be waiting for too long in the hot sun.
