This was a waste of time. We had trouble finding our way to the office and the lady was definitely NOT helpful when I rang to ask about the meeting place. It was only thanks to a very kind man in a souvenir shop that we found it at all. We should have been able to meet at the Opera House. We loved the Opera House but would recommend just going to the Opera House and booking a tour when there.
The tour was very poor. I guess getting the audio tour and paying the entrance fees would be as satisfactory as the guided tour, or even better. The guide was not friendly and was patientless. As said the information she delivered was very shallow. We had to meet her at some farther place than the opera and than to walk with her to thr opera house. To the question why we had to do that useless trip, she said :because I am not a secretary. and i cannot record the people who attend. She rushed thru the streets and we got to the opera breathless.
Wonderful place and interesting history of this Opera House, explained by Laura, our guide. Better if you also can buy tickets for a music show.

This was a beatiful place and the tour was really interesting and fun.
