Elevate your time in Venice by embarking on a signature gondola ride. The tour of the waterways will begin at the Gondola Station. You’ll explore in style by cruising down the canals with your expert, official gondolier.

Your gondola ride will progress from the Gondola Station to Venice’s main access route, the Grand Canal. Here, you’ll see significant 17th century Baroque architecture and the Santa Maria della Salute Church. The Grand Canal has proven exceptionally crucial to Italy’s growth in economy, establishing itself as a very important shipping route in the 10th century. 170 houses litter the banks of the canal, all of which were built between the year 1200 and 1700.

Following on from this, you’ll continue to the minor canals, where you’ll travel under bridges and witness some of the city’s most iconic sights. The canals of Venice have over 400 bridges throughout, which connect an impressive 118 islands. Some of the buildings you’ll see along the way are the Fenice Opera House and Theater, Baeur Place and the Church of San Moisè. You’ll share your tour with other travelers in groups of no more than six, making your experience both refreshing and personal.
