About this activity
The tour starts at 2pm in front of Louis the XIVth equestrian sculpture (Place d'Armes). We will start by visiting the palace to see the apartments of King Louis the XIVth, walk the Hall of mirrors and Marie Antoinette's bedroom.You will learn more about the life of two of the most famous residents of the Palace: Louis the XIVth and Marie Antoinette and how they shaped France, how they ruled and how they started Fashion.
Because a visit to Versailles wouldn't be complete without the "plat de resistance" a walk in the extraordinary gardens of the palace. The gardens are full of hidden messages from King Louis to the court, we will try to find them all by diving in Greek and roman mythology.
If the weather is good we will walk to Marie-Antoinette's domain where we will visit the Trianon and her farm. If the weather is not on our side we will take the Petit Train.
Our guide will escort you back to Palace where the tour will end.
