Meeting point and transfer.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Location: Wien Hauptbahnhof Sud, Vienna

The Hohe Stein (High Stone) lies in the Dunkelsteinerwald and is a quiet and idyllic place with a wonderful view over a large part of the Wachau and down to the Danube. For some it is considered the most beautiful vantage point in the entire Wachau. But even the remote Rote Wand (Red Wall) invites you to linger and is a worthwhile destination. This tour we offer in two variants, with descent on the scenic Mauertal or the historically interesting (Römerweg, Türkentor) Kupfertal.
Hiking time: 4 hours | Difference in height: 550 meters

Duration: 5 hours

Location: Wachauer Nase, Rossatz, Lower Austria

Transfer back to the original departure point.
