Good tour. Well organized. However, be aware the shedule is really really demanding and you won't have much time to hang around. As a result, I would seriously not recommend this tour to older folks, people with young children or disabilities. Hotels were good. A few things that could be improved though: offer first class option for the train, avoid the unncessary trip in Budapest to the hotel somewhere downtown for taxi pick up but have it sent straight to the hotel customers are staying at. Also, when arriving in Budapest, if you happen to stay at the Boutique Hotel, avoid taxis outside the train station at all costs. They are all crooks, have no meters in their car and will charge you like 30 euros for a ride that should not exceed 5. Take the subway instead, the hotel is only 3 stops away.
