We have booked many trips with Viator and loved the experience. Our day trip to Budapest was a great car trip with a wonderful driver, Peter. However, the walking tour guide had been hired by the original tour guide and was inexperienced plus was only fair in his English. He was a very nice person just not what we expected as this was our most expensive tour of the 5 we booked. Very disappointing.
AMAZING! If you have a limited time in any city Viator is the way to go! I had one day to see Budapest and Peter driver and Kitty tour guide were nothing short of amazing! Peter dropped us in the best locations and then Kitty and I covered the streets via walking and made it to the top of one of the churches for the best 360 view of the city. What an amazing day that I won't forget soon, this is totally the way to travel if you are looking for a great day trip, Peter and Kitty will make you feel like family and make sure you see all the city has to offer!
Had a great trip! The driver was good and took as there and back safely and in time. A special word for our guide - Gregory - was fantastic. Will recommend him anytime!
