About this activity
MAIN ATTRACTIONS TO VISIT IN THE POLISH PART OF THE BIALOWIEZA NATIONAL PARK
• Strictly Protected Area

It’s the heart of Bialowieski National Park and its most precious area which was created by nature itself without any human intervention. It is hard to believe but almost entire Europe was once covered with that kind of primeval forest! During a 3-hour walk through the Strictly Protected Area you will be accompanied by a professional tour guide who will tell you about the best the reserve has to offer – trees, birds and animals (it is not possible to explore the reserve without a guide). This is a walking part.
• The European bison Show reserve

No trip to Bialowieza Forest would be complete without a visit to the European bison Show Reserve. Despite its name, the reserve is inhabited not only by bisons, also called the kings of Bialowieza, but also several other species.

Closed on Mondays from October 15th until April 15th. Alternatively wild animal cages can be visited on the second day in Belarussian part of the park.
• Palace Park

This glorious garden located in the heart of the wild forest served as a hunting residence of the Russian tsars. As its name suggests, there used to be a palace in this area. If you are lucky enough you may encounter wild animals like deer, wild boar or fox while walking in the park.
