Stop At: Arlington National Cemetery, Entrance at Arlington Memorial Bridge, Arlington, VA 22211

Guests will meet their guide on foot for a 2 hour WALKING tour of the Arlington National Cemetery to include the JFK Gravesite and the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns. Afterwards, guide and guests will be shuttled to meet the bus and continue the rest of the tour.

Stop At: U.S. Capitol, East Capitol St NE & First St SE, Washington DC, DC 20004

Guests will travel down Pennsylvania Avenue NW en route to a photo stop on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, one of the most iconic buildings in DC. There they will see the exterior and its spectacular views down the Mall.

Stop At: White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington DC, DC 20500

Traveling down Independence Avenue, guests will pass numerous Smithsonian Museums and the Washington Monument en route to America's most famous address. You and your guide will walk 2 long blocks down Pennsylvania Avenue to see the U.S. Treasury, the White House (exterior), the West Wing, Lafayette Square Park, the West Wing, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building and the Blair House (security conditions permitting). Admission to the house is not included.

You'll visit the 7.5 acre memorial to America's longest serving President located on the scenic Tidal Basin - learning about what he and the U.S. accomplished during the Great Depression and World War II. This stop is usually combined with the MLK, Jr. Memorial for a total of 30 minutes.

Stop At: Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, 1850 West Basin Drive SW Near West Basin Drive SW & Independence Ave. SW, Washington DC, DC 20024

Located on the Tidal Basin as well, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial stop offers dramatic statuary, moving quotes and beautiful scenery in any season. This stop is usually combined with the FDR Memorial and is usually 30 minutes in total

Stop At: Korean War Veterans Memorial, 10 Daniel French Dr SW, Washington DC, DC 20002

Walk through this moving memorial to the UN/US forces who fought and died in the Korean conflict from 1950-1953. Its arresting design a highlight for many guests - featuring soldiers on patrol, faces etched into the wall and the serenity pool memorial to those lost.

Stop At: 2 Lincoln Memorial Cir NW, Washington DC, DC 20037

This temple memorial to America's 16th President is one of the most famous attractions in the world. You'll tour the Memorial as well as capture pictures in front of the Reflecting Pool looking down the Mall towards the Capitol and the Washington Monument with your guide. This stop is usually combined with the Korean War and Vietnam Veterans Memorials in one stop.that lasts approximately 40 minutes.

Stop At: Vietnam Veterans Memorial, 5 Henry Bacon Dr NW, Washington DC, DC 20242

Maya Lin's 1981 Memorial to those lost during the Vietnam War is one of the most iconic in the world. You'll see the over 58,000 names carved on its polished granite as well as the statues featuring 3 veterans and the Women's Memorial that comprise the entire site. This stop is usually combined with the Korean War and Lincoln Memorials for a total of 40-45 minutes.

  • Tour does not return to Arlington Cemetery at the end of the tour. Tour concludes at the corner of 9th and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW near the National Archives.
  • Guests will probably prefer taking cab/Uber/Lyft or Metro to Arlington Cemetery. Parking, which requires a fee, does not open until 8:00 a.m and guests are responsible for own transportation to return to ANC.
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
