Viator you need to update your offerings and get the correct information from Gray Lines. What I requested and what I paid for were two different things. First of all I requested to be picked up at our hotel, Grayline does not offer that service yet i was told this tour offered it. Luckily I had called Gray Line and they got back to me to let me know I was not being picked up. It turns out that the DC in a Day is exactly the same tour as DC after Dark. So we ended up taking the same tour twice. We did not get the following: enjoy independent time to visit the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum and the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. I was not the only customer who ordered the same tour from you all. I complained to Gray Line and I understand they have repeatedly told you they do not pick up customers and that what you listed as the tour is not the same that Gray Line offers.. Because I feel you misrepresented the tour I cant give you 5 stars. The tour itself was good, we unfortunately had a dry driver that wasn't as friendly as he could have been. I strongly suggest that you update your information and sell the correct product.
The bus driver was great. He told us everything worth seeing.
Terrific, accommodating and enlightening tour guide / driver.
