I had booked a 2 hours tour to do a structured detailed insights visit of the air and space museum. I reached there around 9:30am on a 101 F hot day, and was picked up by a representative of the tour operator (from Babylon Tours LLC) at 9:45am. My tour guide was Brenda as she was brilliant. Brenda took us through all the security checks promptly and took us straight to places where queues become huge if we go late (like the Neil Armstrong space suit gallery). Brenda has an indepth knowledge about the whole museum and her passion was evident from the details and commentary she shared at every exhibit she took us to within the museum. She had a very structured plan which she took our group through and we just kept following her knowing that we were is great hands! We ended up seeing all the exhibits in the allocated 2 hours (maybe just a little bit over which was great!). Loved the museum, enjoyed the guided tour of the whole place and would highly recommend Babylon tours as the tour agent and Brenda as the tour guide. On a side note, entry to all Smithsonian museums are free of cost, so the money we pay is only for the guided tour, which I felt was on the higher side. But Brenda's knowledge and enthusiasm made us feel that the money was well spent!

Our tour guide was great! He took us through the museum to ensure we saw the places he knew would get backed up quick first, so hardly any lines. He was very knowledgeable and told us about the other air and space museum by Dulles as our son is a huge WWII plane buff. It was definitely worth it!
