I was not able to use my Night Bike Tour reservation primarily because I had a hand injury and even though I called 2 days in advance I was still charged. When I called the D.C. office they said it was out of their control. That is a despicable way to do business. I plan to utilize my 1600 Facebook friends to denigrate this company as much as possible. The trip was highly informative and there is no better way to see the monuments than by bicycle. The guide was engaging and fun and highly knowledgeable. Despite a brief thunderstorm, he kept the tour going and timed it so that shelter was available . I went on the tour with friends and I look forward to taking this tour again with my family.
