2 Days to Cayos Cochinos

The catamaran 'Rogercat', is the only boat from Roatan with which you can arrange an excursion to the Cayos Cochinos that is not "touch and go." You will get to really experience the incomparable beauty of this archipelago, with all the calm and tranquility that comes with a sailing trip. Departing from West End around 8.30 a.m., we will sail for 25 nautical miles to the Cayos of the Bay Islands. We will arrive at Cayo Cochino Mayor at around 11.30 a.m. and enjoy an Italian lunch on board. You can then spend the afternoon snorkeling or relaxing in the wonderful bay. We will then sail on to Cayo Chachahuate and stop at the traditional Garifuna village and dine on delicious fresh lobster or grilled fish. We will spend the night in a typical bungalow. In the morning we will enjoy a tropical breakfast and then sail around some more of the small beautiful islands. We will arrive back on Roatan at about 1pm.
