Day 1: Arrival Day: February 15, 2020

Stop At: Downtown West Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, FL
We will have a welcome reception before going to dinner at Tony Roma's

Day 2: Everglades and Alligators: February 16, 2020

Stop At: Everglades Wonder Gardens, 27180 Old 41 Rd, Bonita Springs, FL 34135-5405
We will visit Everglades National Park and visit Captain Jack's Airboat Tours. We will enjoy up to three airboat tours, and learn about the unique Everglades ecology.
Duration: 8 hours

• Dinner: After a very full day, we celebrate with a dinner at Smith and Wollensky in Miami Beach.

Day 3: Miami Beach and Boardwalk: February 17, 2020

Stop At: Cape Florida Lighthouse, 1200 Crandon Blvd Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Recreation Area, Key Biscayne, FL 33149-2795
Enjoy breakfast before returning to the Miami Beach area for a day of exploring to your heart’s content. First, we drive to Key Biscayne and visit Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park where we climb the Cape Florida Lighthouse steps all the way to the top and glimpse truly fabulous views of the Miami Beach area.

Stop At: Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, 3251 S Miami Ave Miami, Florida 33129, Miami, FL 33129-2831
We then go north on a short drive to visit the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, a truly elegant Miami Beach residence for the late James Deering, tour the facilities, and savor a noontime lunch. The afternoon is spent along the Miami Beach Boardwalk where you are free to roam and do whatever catches your fancy. Maybe it’s a little bit of beach time, maybe it’s time to get your shopping on, or maybe something else altogether!

• Dinner: Dinner will be at the La Cote Mediterranean Oceanside Bistro at the Fountainbleau Miami Beach Resort.

Day 4: NASA Kennedy Space Center: February 18, 2020

Stop At: NASA Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Space Commerce Way, Merritt Island, FL 32899
Today’s the day to explore space and the NASA Kennedy Space Center! After breakfast, we drive north to the Center where we explore the history of America’s space program, remember the awe of the first human landings on the Moon, and see old and new rockets and launch pads. Get up close and personal with a space shuttle and learn what NASA has in store for the future. There are also opportunities for special tours, and – if we have really good timing – we might even see a rocket launch.

Day 5: South Beach Wine & Food Festival: February 19, 2020

Stop At: South Beach, Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139
We now begin the foodie portion of this week’s adventure. The South Beach Wine & Food Festival®! You’re free to enjoy everything the Festival has to offer at your own pace. Enjoy opening day events, presentations, glimpse your favorite food celebrity, and choose one special event to attend (worth up to $150). Maybe you’ll want to explore a Taste of Puerto Rico, join the Wine & Cheese Happy Hour, get splash happy at the Rose’ Pool Party, or join the Nulo Pet Food’s Yappie Hour! There is no shortage of events to enjoy. The group gathers in the afternoon to decide where we want to have to dinner ~ if we’re still hungry. We also enjoy a second day at the Festival because there is so much to do and so little time to do it. Bobby Flay, we are coming for you!

Day 6: South Beach Wine & Food Festival: February 20, 2020

Stop At: Downtown West Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, FL
Today offers choices. You can get more of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival® or take time to explore West Palm Beach. Activities in West Palm Beach include West Palm Beach Food Tours, Horse & Carriage Rides, Worth Avenue Historical Tour, and the South Florida Science Museum and Aquarium. We transport everyone to their activity of choice throughout the day and pick you up in the late afternoon to return to the hotel.
Duration: 8 hours

Meals included:
• Dinner: Our day and week then wrap up with a departure dinner at PB Catch where we share what we did and enjoyed the most.
