Itinerary

You will be supplied with a warm wetsuit and surfboard. Once you are ready we will go down onto the beach for the surf lesson. the surf lesson is 2 hours long with approximately 90 minutes in the water.
The lesson is broken into 2 sections.
The first you will be taught how to catch a wave. then you will go into the waves and get comfortable with board and waves.
The second section is all about standing. you will be given a clear lesson on how to stand up on the board and ride the wave. then back into the water for some surfing :)
Throughout the lesson you will learn a few new irish words that you can bring home to impress your friends with.
