Full-Day Canoe Trip on the Takihini River

Enjoy a leisurely paddle on the Takhini and Yukon River with an experienced canoe guide. Watch for beaver, elk or deer along the banks of the river. Relax, take photos and listen to your guide tell stories about life in the Yukon and what it's like to live in the north all year long. 

The tour starts at 9am. After arriving at the ranch, meet the friendly Alaskan huskies. You'll either depart from the ranch or will drive to a drop-in further up the river, depending on weather and conditions on the river. On this full-day trip, you'll be on the water for 6 hours. Stop along the river to have a fire/barbecue and cook a nice lunch while watching the river flow by. Pickup or drop-off from hotels is not included but available.
