Three cheers to driver Geoff who provided an engaging narration about the beautiful Lake District area and the history of Beatrix Potter’s life. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Overall is good trip but the weather is bad so that the lake cruise was cancelled. A bit disappointed but fully understandable. We will join again next when we are back here.

The tour guide/ driver was brilliant and had a wealth of knowledge on the area. We had a mix up with my pick up location but I contacted the company who called the driver and she returned with a smile. To avoid future confusion, please note that Burn How Garden House Hotel has two driveway entrances. Very enjoyable afternoon exploring the Lake District. Thank you.

Andy was a very good and friendly guide. I joined the tour with my wife and daughter. They enjoyed the visit to Hill Top in which Beatrix Potter created her works. The scenery of country side on the way back to Windermere was also very beautiful. On the previous day, we visited The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction in Bowness-on-Windermere. It was lucky for us to have been able to visit two sites of Beatrix Potter's world.

Our trip with Mountain Goat Tours to see Beatrix Potter's Lakes District and cruise on Windameer was brilliant! Matthew was an able, witty and knowledgable tour guide and created more of an experience than just a tour. We laughed, we were awed and we were well taken care of. This tour is definitely worth doing and we wpuld highly recommend it! Mum is 81 and needs some assistance with stairs and walking but with Matthew's help and her walking frame she managed to enjoy the tour fully. Thank you Matthew and thank you Mountain Goat Tours!
