Stop At: Hill Top, Beatrix Potter's House, Near Sawrey, Hawkshead, Ambleside LA22 0LF England

Tour B (a full day tour) Explore the house & gardens where children's write Beatrix Potter lived.(30 min stop) Continue on the rest of the tour to Wordsworth's Grammar school and Dove Cottage and other areas of natural beauty in the Lake District including Tarn Hows, Honister Pass and Valley, Newlands Pass and Valley, Castle Rigg Stone Circle( the No.2 stone circle in England after Stonehenge), the tour also includes a complimentary cruise on Derwent Water.

Stop At: Muncaster Castle, Ravenglass CA18 1RQ England

Tour F Explore the gardens of this famous old castle and see the owls on display in the castle grounds which is one of the best centres in Europe for Birds of Prey. On the tour also enjoy the two steepest mountain passes in England and a ride on a miniature steam train through the Eskdale Valley. Visit too the 1900 year old Roman fort at Hardknott; nestled in some of the most spectacular scenery the Lake District has to offer before travelling on to Wast Water the deepest lake with mountains & scree soaring up to 2000 feet.

Stop At: Kirkstone Mountain Pass, England

This is Tour A in our brochure and starts off in the Troutbeck Valley as we make our way up over Kirkstone Pass, the highest road in the Lake District. We ride along the shores of Brothers Water through the villages of Patterdale and Glenridding stopping at Ullswater for photos and a short stroll along the beach.

We then make our way up to Ashness Bridge and Surprise View in the Borrowdale Valley considered, by many, as the most beautiful view in all England. We stop for lunch in the market town of Keswick and proceed in the afternoon with a cruise on Derwent Water. We continue through the Borrowdale Valley with rivers , mountains and grazing sheep. Up over Honister Pass and down into Honister Valley where we get off the minibus to take photos of the amazing cliffs and mountains. We move on past Buttermere and take in views of the lake and Cummock Water. Over Newlands Pass takes us up to Moss Force Waterfall then on through to Castle Rigg Stone Circle. After this we move on through to Grasmere, the Gingerbread Shop Wordsworth's family graves and where he lived at Dove Cottage.

This is the last stop of the tour and we travel along Rydal Water, through Ambleside and with views of Windermere back to your drop off point.
