3 Days Etosha National Park Camping

Day 1

Windhoek to Etosha National Park (BLD)

We will depart around 8.30am straight on the way south to world-famous Sossusvlei via picturesque Spreetshoogte Pass. We will then have a Stop-over at the view point to appreciate endless view of the Namib. Our lunch at the Solitaire oasis. Arrival at the lodge or campsite around 3-4 pm. In the afternoon, visit to the fascinating rock formation of the Sesriem Canyon and late afternoon, climbing Elim Dune overlooking beautiful desert horizon. Dinner will top-up the adventures of the first day.

Day 2

Etosha National Park (BLD)

At sunrise, we will visit the Sesriem Gate to the remarkable Sossusvlei. We start off with climbing picturesque Dune 45, experiencing beauty and vastness of the orange-colored landscape. Off-road drive to the Dead Vlei, a place of vast desert pan where dried-up, ancient acacias stand silent in the impressive, open-air gallery. If you wish, you can take on climbing one of the highest dunes on Earth, the ‚Big Daddy’ or ‚Big Mama’. 360 degrees, panoramic views of the ‚Sea of Sand’ are incredible! Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei are considered to be one of the most photogenic and some of the most photographed places on Earth! Along the way, you can perceive occasional wildlife: ostriches, oryx, bat-eared foxes, springboks, possibly cheetah and various birds inhabiting the desert. In the afternoon, its resting and relaxation tIme in the quiet atmosphere of the Namib.

Day 3

Etosha to Windhoek (BL)

Soon after breakfast we will depart to Windhoek through beautiful Spreetshoogte Pass. On our way we will stop-over at Solitaire. We will approximately arrive at our destination before lunch. We will drop you off at the hotel/lodge of your choice Farewell, goodbye.
