7 days Desert, Swakopmund & Etosha National Park self drive (Lodging)

Day-1 Airport-Discovery Guest House, Windhoek
 
Upon arrival at the Airport, you will be collected by Discovery Transfers and Tours to Discovery Guest House. Your rental vehicle will be delivered to you today. All your travel information will be presented to you before you undertake your memorable journey. Spend your time today by exploring the Namibia’s capital city.
 
Day-2 Windhoek-Desert (B)
 
Your adventure starts today, drive from Windhoek towards south to the world-famous Sossusvlei. Stop-over at viewpoint to appreciate the endless view of the Namib Desert. Arrive at Solitaire around lunch hours, take a break, enjoy your lunch and fuel your car. Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon. After check-in, visit the fascinating rock formations of the Sesriem Canyon and later, climb Elim Dune overlooking the beautiful desert horizon. Dinner will top up today’s adventure.
Day-3 Dune 45, Sossusvlei (B)
Early start to catch the soft light of the sunrise over the desert. Pass through Sesriem and continue towards Sossusvlei with sand dunes rising above you on either side of the road. Stop at the famous Dune 45. After breakfast, a desert walk in the cool of the morning. A short excursion to Sesriem Canyon in the afternoon.
Day-4 Sossusvlei-Windhoek (B)
After breakfast, check-out and return to Windhoek traveling through the Desert. Stopover at Solitaire to fill up your car and buy lunch before proceeding to Windhoek. It will take you 3-5 hours to reach Windhoek and check in at Discovery Guest House. Dinner will be at your own expense tonight.
Day-5 Windhoek-Etosha National Park (B)
Early start is recommended today, drive to the mighty Etosha National Park. Your journey will take approximately 4-5 hours. You will stop in Otjiwarongo or Outjo for lunch. The idea is to arrive in Etosha in the middle of the afternoon to allow you to do a game drivel for the remaining hours before you check in to your lodge.
Day-6 Etosha National Park (B)
You will rise early and soon after breakfast start your full-day game drive in Etosha National Park. The early morning hours provide time for magnificent exploration as you visit the waterholes. You will get to visit the Etosha pan (salt pan) before game driving across the park in search of the “Big 5” and other animal species. A light lunch is recommended to give you ample time for your next adventure.
 
 
Day-7 Etosha National P- Windhoek (B)
After breakfast you will check-out and travel back to Windhoek. You have a long drive today between 5-6 hours. On the road make a stopover at Okahandja the largest wood carvers in Namibia. Your tour end here. Thank you for support.
