Day 1: Xi'an to Pingyao by High-speed Train & Explore Pingyao Old City
Stop At: Ancient City of Pingyao, In Pingyao County, Pingyao County 031100 China
Your guide and driver will pick you up at your reserved hotel in Xi’an at the appointed time and then drive you to Xi’an North Railway station. You will take a high- speed train to Pingyao - a city that has the most preserved ancient buildings.
Upon your arrival, a local guide will wait for you outside the railway station and take you to check-in. After a short break, the guide will accompany you to see the highlights of the town, including Ancient Ming-Qing Street, Temple of the City God, Rishengchang Exchange Shop, Tongxinggong Ancient Security Guard Company, and Ancient City Wall. All of these spots are the representatives of this old city.
After visit these places, you will be sent back to your hotel.

Stop At: Qiao's Family Compound (Qiao Jia Dayuan), Qiaojiabao Village, Dongguan Town, Pingyao County 030901 China
In the morning, your guide will pick you up at the hotel and drive you out of Pingyao Ancient City to visit Qiao's Family Compound - the best preserved courtyard owned by a local merchant in the old times.
