Itinerary

Day 1: Xi'an Airport Pick-up and City Wall Tour

Pass By: Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, Weicheng, Xianyang, Shaanxi, China
Upon your arrival at Xi’an Airport, you will find your tour guide is waiting for you outside the baggage claim area. After a short greeting, you will be transferred to the hotel with the company of your private guide and driver.

Stop At: Xi'an City Wall (Chengqiang), Zhongxin District, Xi'an 710001 China
The fun starts with the City Wall. You will have a panoramic view of the old city area when you are standing on the wall. Meanwhile, you may see the local people doing recreational activities at its foot. If you want to enjoy riding on the wall, you can rent a bike but the rental fee is at your own expense. Afterwards, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 2: Tour in Terracotta Army and Big Wild Goose Pagoda

Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi'an 710600 China
Your first stop in today’s tour is the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which was built for the First Emperor of the Qin Dynasty over 2200 years ago. It enjoys high popularity at home and abroad also known as “the eighth wonder of the world”.
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes

Stop At: Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta), Enci Temple The southern part of Yata Road, Yanta District, Xi'an 710061 China
Then, come to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which has been included in World Heritage List in 2014. It used to be a place for the great Tang Dynasty monk - Xuanzang to translate Sanskrit in sutras into Chinese. So it is also regarded as one of the holy places for Buddhists. You can appreciate the unique architectural style of this pagoda as well as get some information about its legend from your tour guide.

Day 3: Continue Xi'an Highlights Tour

Stop At: Shaanxi History Museum, 91 Xiaozai E Rd, Xi'an 710061 China
This morning, you will be escorted to the Shaanxi Province History Museum. Here you can see a lot of cultural relics in this museum. Those collections will show you the development of ancient China in different eras. Afterwards, you will be escorted to your hotel.

At noon, you will have a visit to a local family's house and experience the lifestyle of local people. And then, you can taste the authentic Chinese food.

Stop At: Xi'an Mosque, Huajue Alley, Xincheng District, Xi'an 710043 China
The Great Mosque is one of the best-preserved Islamic mosques in China. Built in 742 during the Tang Dynasty (618-907), it is a result of the communication and integration of different ethnic cultures.You will not only see the Chinese classical architectural style but also the traditional Muslim character in the Great Mosque.

On the way to the mosque, you will walk through a local snack street, Muslim Street, where many delicious local food and interesting souvenirs could be found.

Day 4: Xian to Luoyang by High-speed Train and Luoyang Highlights Tour

Pass By: Xi'an North Railway Station Ticket Office 4, Weiyang, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China
After breakfast, you will take a high-speed train to arrive at Luoyang in 2 hours. Lunch is on your own. Upon your arrival, you will meet your local tour guide and driver at the exit of the Luoyang railway station. Then you will be transferred to the hotel to check-in.

Stop At: Longmen Grottoes, Banks of Yihe River, Luolong District, Luoyang 471000 China
Longmen Grottoes, one of the four Grottoes in China. Possess a long history, it houses a large number of stone sculptures in there. Most of them have close contact with the ancient politics, economy, religion, culture etc. You may have a further understanding about the development of ancient China through these cultural relics.

Stop At: White Horse Temple, Baima Si Lu, Luoyang 471013 China
Then, you will continue your tour to the White Horse Temple. It is the first one invested and built by the feudal government since the Buddhist was introduced in china.

Stop At: Emperor Carriage Museum, Wangcheng Square, Luoyang 471000 China
Next, visit the Chariot and Horse Pits (Emperor Carriage Museum). Here, you may have a comprehensive cognition of the funeral system in Eastern Zhou Dynasty (770 BC - 256 BC).

Day 5: Shaolin Temple, Luoyang Airport See-off

This morning, your tour guide and driver will take you to the Shaolin Temple to have a Kung Fu tour. Besides its long history, the temple is much more famous for Shaolin martial arts, the performance of which you could watch while visiting.

Pass By: Luoyang Airport Industry Centralization Area, Airport Rd, Laocheng Qu, Luoyang Shi, Henan Sheng, China
After your visit to the Shaolin Temple, you will be escorted to the Luoyang airport. Your tour guide will see you off the Luoyang airport.
