Day 2: Terracotta Army Tour

Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi'an 710600 China
In the morning, your tour guide and private driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and leave for Terracotta Army Museum. You can see thousands of life-sized pottery figures, lively horses and chariots. With your guide's explanation, you would have a further understanding about the Chinese history and pay high tribute to those ancient artisans who have created so many pottery figurines.

After no less than 2-hour visit in this site, you will be escorted to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda, one of the most famous attractions In Xi’an. It is also the symbol of Buddhism. Built in Tang Dynasty, it used to be a place to preach Buddhist scriptures. You can appreciate the unique architectural style of this pagoda as well as get some information about its legend from your tour guide.

Stop At: Shaanxi History Museum, 91 Xiaozai E Rd, Xi'an 710061 China
Afterwards, you will come to the Shaanxi Province Museum. The outlook of it imitates the building structure of the Tang Dynasty.

Day 3: Xi'an to Chengdu by high-speed train

Stop At: Xi'an City Wall (Chengqiang), Zhongxin District, Xi'an 710001 China
This morning, you will visit the City Wall with the leading of your tour guide. After ascending the wall, you can appreciate the panoramic view of the old city. Meanwhile, you may see the local people doing recreational activities at its foot. If you want to enjoy riding on the wall, you can rent a bike but the rental fee is at your own expense.

Then, you will have a chance to visit a local family as well as have a home-cooked lunch. You will feel the hospitality of local people.

This morning, you will be escorted to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base to see the rare and endangered animals – the Giant Pandas. Today's pickup is a bit earlier as pandas are more active in the morning during their feeding time. You may have an opportunity to close appreciate the daily life of this cute species.
