Itinerary

Day 1: Xi'an Airport Pickup and City Wall Tour

Pass By: Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, Weicheng, Xianyang, Shaanxi, China
Upon your arrival at Xi’an Airport, you will find your tour guide is waiting for you outside the baggage claim area. After a short greeting, you will be transferred to the hotel with the company of your private guide and driver.

Stop At: Xi'an City Wall (Chengqiang), Zhongxin District, Xi'an 710001 China
The fun starts with the City Wall. You will have a panoramic view of the old city area when you are standing on the wall. Meanwhile, you may see the local people doing recreational activities at its foot. If you want to enjoy riding on the wall, you can rent a bike but the rental fee is at your own expense. Afterwards, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 2: Terracotta Warriors Tour

Stop At: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Qinling North Road, Lintong District, Xi'an 710600 China
Your first stop in today’s tour is the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which was built for the First Emperor of the Qin Dynasty over 2200 years ago. It enjoys high popularity at home and abroad also known as “the eighth wonder of the world”.

You will see plenty of unearthed pottery figurines, bronze chariots and horses here. Your tour guide will give you the most comprehensive introduction about their backgrounds. It is believed that you will have a further understanding about the first emperor of China through this tour.

Stop At: Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta), Enci Temple The southern part of Yata Road, Yanta District, Xi'an 710061 China
Then, come to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which has been included in World Heritage List in 2014.

It used to be a place for the great Tang Dynasty monk - Xuanzang to translate Sanskrit in sutras into Chinese. So it is also regarded as one of the holy places for Buddhists. You can appreciate the unique architectural style of this pagoda as well as get some information about its legend from your tour guide.

Near the Pagoda is the Shaanxi Province History Museum. You will see a lot of cultural relics in this museum. Those collections will show you the development of ancient China in different eras. Afterwards, you will be escorted to your hotel.

Day 3: Xian City Highlights with Local Family Visit, See-off at the Airport

Stop At: Xi'an Mosque, Huajue Alley, Xincheng District, Xi'an 710043 China
The Great Mosque is one of the best-preserved Islamic mosques in China. Built in 742 during the Tang Dynasty (618-907), it is a result of the communication and integration of different ethnic cultures.You will not only see the Chinese classical architectural style but also the traditional Muslim character in the Great Mosque.

Stop At: Muslim Quarter, West of Bell Drum Towers Square , Beilin District, Xi'an 710000 China
After that, visit the Muslim Quarter, a place where is living over 20 thousand Muslims. There are varieties of snacks and halal foods. Meanwhile, you can see lots of handicraft souvenirs are on sale in this street.

Afterwards, you visit a local family, where you will have a chance to interact with local family and have a lunch with them to further understand Chinese people’s lifestyle.
