The Terracotta Warriors and Horses are one of the most significant archaeological excavations of the 20th century when they were discovered by local farmers in 1974. First built in the 2nd century BC, this wall is the most complete city wall that has survived throughout all of China, and is one of the largest ancient military defense systems in the world.
