Stop At: Hua'an Tulou Museum, Dadi Village, Xiandu Town, Hua'an County 363806 China
Meet your knowledgeable guide at your hotel lobby. After two hours driving, you will start your exciting sightseeing tour from Hua'an village. Upon arrival, head to visit Dadi Tulou Cluster. It consists of three major historic sites: Eryi Lou, Nanyang Lou and Dongyanglou. Eryilou and Nanyanglou are under national protection and Dongyanglou under Hua’an county’s protection. Eryilou, the biggest round Tulou in China, is a combination of Chinese and Western architectural styles, which boasts 952 murals. Built in 1740, this double-ring round building covers a total area of 9300 square meters and is divided into 12 departments. With range of mountains in the back and tow streams joining at the front, Eryilou enjoys picturesque scenery. The interior of Eryilou is decorated with various beautiful carvings and painting. Nanyanglou, built 47 years later than Eryilou, famous for its delicate stone and wood carving. Part of the building has been converted into Fujian Tulou Museum which exhibits original furniture, farm tools, artifacts and stationary from the old days. After your fun day Tulou trip is finished, you will be transferred back to Xiamen. We will also visit local tea garden on the way. Don't miss out the opportunity to take some fabulous pictures.
